Bloggers Lounge Day 1 Affiliate Summit East 2011

Sunday at noon the Bloggers Lounge opened for press, speakers, bloggers and interviews. As always it was awesome to see all my old friends and make new ones.

The highlight of the day was Dave Cupples coming in to give Missy Ward a bottle of red wine from Australia. Anyone who knows Missy knows there are many things she is passionate about – one of which is AC/DC. Dave brought her the new AC/DC “Highway to Hell” wine which was just released last week. It’s not available in the USA and she sent Dave an email asking if he could pick up a bottle for her – unfortunately he was already in the US when he received the message – BUT, he thought of it and Missy before he even left Australia.

I’ve never seen anyone as touched, pleased and happy over a gift as Missy – Dave brought her near to tears with his thoughtfulness in a gift he knew would mean so much.
