Stairs to Nowhere

We went to view a house for sale in Ocean Park, earlier this week. Prices seem to have dropped about 20 percent across the board around our area, so we thought it might be the perfect time to buy an investment property.

The 2 bedroom rancher was absolutely immaculate, with minimalist decor, and updated enough to make it very appealing. Even the garage was tidy! Half of the garage was made into a recreation room which would be great as a spare bedroom, party room or craft room. A very large deck was added on to the back of the house and has a Western exposure.

The property is well maintained, within walking distance of the shopping center and amenities. Seemed perfect to me other than one really funny ‘FAIL’ feature!

These ‘stairs to nowhere’ would certainly be a conversation piece. Can you imagine the fun a really great mural artist could have painting in a door with a doorknob and window!
