Miraflores Lock at Panama Canal

Have you ever been through the Panama Canal? I haven’t – yet!
A trip through the locks is on my ‘must do’ list – either on a pleasure craft or a cruise ship. I’ve been watching the Miraflores Lock on a live webcam and it looks awesome. I’ve only seen small boats going through so far, but I’m sure there will be plenty of big ships to come.

It does look fantastic. I have read about it but never seen it. I somehow don’t think I’ll ever get there. Pompeii is nearer, now that is something.
