How Much Ham?

My cousin Jean, Rollie and Auntie Nell could not join us for our annual Christmas/Birthday party but sent this lovely bouquet of flowers!

When the bouquet arrived I knew immediately who sent it and which florist it came from. Only Jean would send something so fabulous and only Flowers & Company make up such lovely bouquets. It sat in a place of honour for the party and made me feel as though my 3 very special family members were a bit closer!
How much ham do you need for 40 – 50 people? Kent doesn’t like to think we’ll be short on food so we had two huge spiral cut hams and 3 moose roasts, along with 3 lasagna’s, salads, appetizers, meatballs, buns and a noodle dish. We will be eating left over ham for a week
It’s delicious and we all enjoy it so that’s no hardship.

I don’t think I coulc come up with 40-50 people to invite to a party if I tried. Haha.
