Walking the Dike

Hugo and I walked to the marina yesterday to help Kent with a small project on the boat. We had a canvas enclosure put on the bridge in the Spring and Kent wants to make sure it won’t collapse during the winter if we get a heavy snow load. He built a framework of one by fours and two by fours to support the canvas roof. I was there to hold as he screwed it into place.

Hugo enjoyed his run on the dike, stopping to smell every leaf and watching the geese swimming in the river.
