‘Ideas on Tap’ at Yaletown Brew Pub

This evening Crystal and I are going to ‘Ideas on Tap’ at the Yaletown Brew Pub.

Ideas on Tap is a

‘light business networking event for hi-tech professionals in Vancouver, plus internet advertisers, social media marketers, bloggers, video game developers and other fans of the tech community.’

John Chow mentioned it on Twitter and it sounded interesting so Crystal and I and a few friends are signed up. Should be a fun evening listening to the 5 winning ‘milk crate speakers’, promoting their start-ups, games, blogs and business ventures – and I’ll be voting, of course, with my beer glass! I’ll try to get lots of photos and video to share.

There is an NHL hockey game on at 7:30 so we’ll stay for that too – and what better place to watch Vancouver vs Detroit than on the big screen?
