Word Power

Back in the 1970’s, – you remember those acne days? That was long before I ever heard the word ‘internet’. I had a subscription to Reader’s Digest and read it cover to cover every month! ‘Word Power’ was one of my favorite sections and made me feel soooooooo smart. Most of the time… and it increased my vocabulary of course.
I was so surprised and pleased to see an ‘opp’ on SocialSpark for rd.com and I applied for it as I had absolutely no idea Reader’s Digest had interactive applications to put on blogs, Facebook, My Space, and tons of other Social Networking sites. I immediately installed ‘Word Power’ to Facebook and can’t wait to get back to learning new words and increasing my vocabulary once again.
I LOVE learning! And, I love IZEA for allowing me to earn money while learning about products and companies I enjoy. Why don’t you sign up right now? You may review my post by clicking on tab below, following the directions – and you will be paid!

Me too. I was late 20’s to early 30’s then and into my travelling days seeing the world plus moving towns and countries on the home front due to the change in political climate in Africa, a copy of Readers Digest in my bag as perfect travel reading.
Shame they ruined it with all the junk mail they generated leaving a bad taste in our mouths and making many of us cancel our subscriptions never to subscribe or purchase over the counter again.
