Lucky commenter number 21 is the winner!
LEAVE ME A COMMENT TO WIN THIS:
Well, just when I thought I knew it all I discovered a very exciting site!

It has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with boating or with beautiful British Columbia but everything to do with life and friendship and sharing. Bloggy Giveaway was shared with me by Lori of blogging with cents.
Lori quite often has interesting giveaways and contests on her site. This week she’s giving away $50.00! All you must do to enter is leave her a comment. Her contest is one part of a huge contest which you may see at Bloggy Giveaway.
After reading the guidelines at Bloggy Giveaway I decided I wanted to join the fun
by giving away a prize! I like visitors. I like commenters. And I love prizes.
Here is a photo of the prize I’d like to give YOU. (The back is embellished too.)
I plan to make a quilt from men’s ties at some point in my life (I’ve been collecting them for years) and had some lovely burgundy and black silk ties which I used to make this small bag.
I love creating small projects and wanted to practice my newly acquired beading and embroidery skills. The bag, which could be used as an evening purse, a money holder or simply a decorative item, measures 4 1/2 inches by 8 inches and has a button with a velvet loop closure.
How can you win this hand crafted treasure (pardon me while I toot my own horn
?
Simply leave me a comment. An idependent third party (my 94 1/2 year old Pop) will choose the winner on February 3 2008 by picking a winning number between 1 and however many comments I receive) and I will pop the prize in the mail to you next week – postage free if you are in the USA. International winners may choose to pay 1/2 the postage fee or mail me 5 men’s ties to offset the cost!
Have a great day and cross your fingers and toes for luck!

Oh! It is beautiful! Enter me to win!
