I Have a Question… or Four!

This is a screenshot (obviously) of my blog statistics from Site Ranks and I’d like to know what I can do to improve my ranking, traffic and backlinks.

#1. What is DMOZ and how do I list with them? Figured that out!
#2. How do I get backward links at Yahoo and MSN?
#3. What sort of backward link numbers should I aim toward? Do I have lots or do I have very few?
#4. What sort of backward link numbers do you have, with what page rank?

I know I shouldn’t be concerned about the ‘numbers’ and such, but I’m a curious George today and I need to know…
